They work really well The only thing is that when the carpet dried this time it's is all crunchy and feels like there is powder all over it.
It feels like they forgot to rinse the soap out.

Make sure the obvious spots are cleaned and removed. And if a home owner asks for a small area to be recleaned before the tech leaves the tech shouldn't make them feel bad for asking.

Nick came in and explained the process before he started and made me feel comfortale about the job he was going to do. I liked the outcome.

That you don't use chemicals

I like that it's just water and no soaps,etc. The technician was so nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, and made sure I knew the cost of everything before he began. My carpet and tile hadn't been cleaned since we moved in over five years ago, and it looks so good now. I'm glad I heard about you on the Mike Broomhead show.

It's green. It was quick and thorough. The tech was polite, friendly and helpful.

Excellent professionals. Wonderful job on getting soil and odors to go away. For my home, a reminder to turn on the AC fans and open windows if possible, seems it took my home overnight to completely dry and the home became humid. Also was hoping that my office floor carpet stain would have come out, but realize they did the best possible job with the carpet they had to work with.

The cleaning was excellent. The carpets look new. The Zerorez representative was extremely knowledgable and answers any questions that I had. I will definitely be scheduling another clean in the future and will specifically request that they send Nick.
