I believe that this time having Zeroez cleaning my rugs, they are cleaning than they have ever been. What I like most though was Kirby the gentleman who was here to clean the carpet. I had asked for Wally just because my friend Sally Branch always your company and highly recommended Wally. Well to be honest when I asked Kirby if his name was Wally I was alittle disappointed. I was so very wrong, Kirby could not have been nicer, patience with my dogs, and such a gentlemen. Nothing against Wally, I don't even know him, but I am so very happy that Kirby was the one to clean my carpets. Thank you Kirby for doing such a wonderful job, and for being so polite and nice. I am pleased with the results but had doubt with the lack of communication and the lack of knowledge with whom ever book my appointment when I called. The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet was accommodating after finding out the in comvient situation I was left in. Although I felt like I was over charged for the amount of space that was cleaned. The gentleman who came to my condo was awesome but my appointment was for hardwood floor cleaning. The service tech was informative and honest but I should have been informed of the spray & mop process before the day of my appointment. I had been having some issues with some residue on the floor and had high hopes that there was a process (e.g. steaming - not just a product) that could help. Spray & mop just didn't do the trick. At the end of the day, I purchased the water because of a successful add-elbow-grease spot test and have been on my hands and knees cleaning my floors - the very task I hoped I could hire a service to help do. No complaints against the tech or the water, though. He was 10 minutes late beyond the 2-4pm window but made up for the delay with a pleasant and genuine disposition. Bottom line is that I knew what I was in for in advance and could have paid for the help and not just the water. I had my hopes up and then they were dashed.

The technician was very nice and very careful with our furniture and walls. Carpet cleaned up nicely and most dried within 2-4 hours. One area which I was disappointed. We added on the cleaning of our kitchen chairs (4) for an additional charge. The end result was less than satisfactory. Did not see a noticeable improvement.

We had our carpets cleaned a week ago and, on the spur of the moment, had a sofa and loveseat cleaned as well. The carpet was cleaned well, all spots removed and traffic areas look so much better. There was no chemical odor and the drying time was less than 6 hours.

The fabric on the furniture is a single color, velvet-like texture and difficult to work with so it showed the track marks of the cleaning wand. Because they couldn't be brushed away after drying we called them back to ask what could be done. Cory, the original technician, returned, redid both pieces and took care to brush the nap of the fabric into place. They now look great.

I am so pleased with the professional attitude and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction that I'll definitely call them again.

There was no odor at all at any time; there was just a light citrus scent which was nice.

They make my carpet look like new. It's amazing what the "after" looks like. I also love the water to mop my tile floors with. It doesn't leave streaks.

Service man did more than was required.

We have had our carpet cleaned by several other companies and we have NEVER seen it look as great as when it was done by Zerorez. We also had our tile / grout cleaned and our floor looks amazing!

So fare everything. I haven't tried the Travertine cleaner yet, but when I do, I will let you know how the product faired.
