When I called I told you that I heard an adv on 94.5 Kool FM for 3 Rm @ $119. You refused to honor it. Really that was very poor customer service. Your customer service is what should set you apart. Lots of people clean carpet, you should strive for great customer service. As a result I cleaned 4 rm total not 5 as planned. The result was I reduced my bill $43 to make up for the price difference. If you had honored 119 you would have cleaned 1 more room & increased your profit. I asked for apt early, was told it would be between 8-10. I was called on Fri prior and told by Al that apt was 11A - 1P. I asked Al to speak to manager, he said non was avail but he would have them call Mon at 8AM. No one ever called Mon AM. You ddi arrive at approx. 8:45 AM. This stuff is silly customer service failures, you should strive to be better. Call to discuss if you wish Cell Phone number removed

I especially like the kind of young men you hire. They are clean-cut and professional looking and very thorough in their assessment of the carpet's needs. I have been using Zerorez for years and have never been unhappy. I believe there is true merit to their cleaning process.

The product appears as represented. The technician was neat and professional. New the operation of the equipment. Technician explained his work and sequence and proceeded preform the tasks as outlined.

Chad did a great job, was professional, friendly, and very communicative about the process and what I could expect. He continued to check in and explain things throughout the process. Carpets came out great. Happy to recommend this company and their technicians.

It was quick, dried fast, was given an accurate quote before work began and my carpet is still looking cleaner than it would have with traditional cleaning.

The baseboards were not sprayed down as they have been the last two times you came out. Disappointed at the late hour before the job was done. Didnt seem as clean as last years job.

My carpets look amazing and feel clean. I was shock how clean you were able to get my carpets.

They were as advertized! I heard about you on the Ben and Matt KNIX morning show and everything they claimed was exactly as it went. Your tech Allen was absolutely great, clean and presented himself and yur company very well. The carpet looks great, it dried overnight, and there is no crunchy residue. The only negative I could have is that your advertised special of $129.00 for three rooms is a bit understated. I live in a 2 bedroom apt., aprox 750 sq feet of carpet, and the cost was $400.00 for the entire space. You have a great produce and great service, don't make the experience one of shock and dismay by surprising people with the true cost.

Joel did a wonderful job in getting my carpets and especially my tile clean. He was very maticulous and made sure everything was right with me and clean before he left. I would highly reccommend Zerorez and Joel to anyone!
