The two guys were great,
My carpets were in pretty good shape going in . they carpets felt a little crunchy the next morning. We vacuumed them and that help.
I like that the product you use is empowered water and safe for the environment. It dries quickly and it looks really nice! It lasts a long time and doesn't smell like chemicals in my home when you are done.

Carpet took a day to dry, carpet was "crunchy" which you claim your cleaning product does not do like other traditional cleaners that use soap and the fact that you consider a room to be limited at 300 sq ft.

We have never had a bad experience with Zerorez and we have used them for years. Until recently, we were using them in San Diego. I was so relieved to find that there is one in Phoenix, as well. From the initial request with the quote to the finished cleaning, everyone is very professional and on time. This last fellow who cleaned for us was particularly good. He was very thorough and very pleasant.

grate job but just a little price not alot

1) quality of service - all steps are professional
2) really clean flooring after your services
3) water that I can use for additional cleaning
natural and no harmful chemicals left in the rugs.
Our recent Zerorez service was provided by a very capable and pleasant technician. However, due to an unavoidable delay with an earlier job, he wasn't able to start our service until two hours after our scheduled time. That put it well after dark and he didn't have the benefit of natural outside light coming in from windows and doors. In retrospect we should have requested a reschedule. We will definitely use Zerorez again but we will always request daylight hours.

The PRICE of your services! I loved what you guys do and the concept of not using chemicals but I just can't afford to do that when I need my carpets cleaned. I forgot how much you charged for cleaning the spots on the carpet but I couldn't afford to do very many... and with a puppy, I had many! I would have LOVED to have the couches done too but can't.

Although most of the carpet areas were cleaned well, there are two small areas that don't look good. The soil level for these areas was the same as some that cleaned well. I was told by the technician that I could not ask you to fix anything without paying again so I did not call. Actually I'm glad you sent me this feedback request. Hopefully you will want to fix this.
