Your prices are higher than anyoe elses.
Your technician was very nice and did everything he was supposed to. The worn areas at entrances to rooms still look the same as before, particularly in the family room, the highest-traffic room. Our carpet is about five years old. Maybe not fixable. In that way I'm disappointed but not blaming it on the cleaning process. Let me know if there's anything we can do. Thx, Name removed

How the carpets dry so fast--we had our carpet cleaned late in the day (6pm), yet within 3 hours it felt mostly dry.

Carpets looked great!! We loved that there were no harsh chemicals and carpets were left smelling good and they were soft and clean! Also like the drying technology! We liked that they were not soaking wet when they were finished!

My carpets looked and felt clean after your service. They dried fairly fast and the young man that cleaned them was very friendly and knowledgable.
I was impressed and amazed at the quality of service I received from zerorez. From the time I scheduled my appointment I knew I was in good hands. The scheduler was very kind and expressed sympathy over my pet odor problem. When Jonathan arrived at my home, I was unsure if he would be able to remove the odor of cat urine from my leather sofa and loveseat. I am happy to say that it has been over a week and the odor seems to be completely gone and even better, the cat is no longer marking the area. I had resigned myself to replacing the furniture, but am happy to not have the expense or loss of furniture that I really enjoy. Thanks for for fabulous and professional service. The carpet cleaning was good as well. I will use zerorez again.

My carpet is finally clean again. Other companies have not been able to remove the stains that Zerorez easily got rid of. Carpet was not very wet when the job was done - less than 2 hours later we were able to put furniture back in the room.

Have found two spots on carpeting in the upstairs loft that were NOT removed. This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez, once in Dallas and twice here in Arizona. We love the service techs and the softness of the carpeting when done. Sure do wish the spots had been removed though.

Good job cleaning my carpet. The Rep explained the process in cleaning the carpet. The process is different from other carpet services. Leaves the carpet soft not hard.
