Friendly, fast, professional, no smells, and I know it's a safe product for my dog and baby. We are renters of a house with white carpet- who does that? With a dog and baby, you know the carpet is bound to get dirty. Zerorez got everything out, and it looks great. We will use you again before we move out!

No chemicals used. Carpet is soft after the cleaning not hard @ crunchy like with traditional carpet cleaning
solutions. Service techs are polite & professional. Appreciate the notification phone call when tech is 10 min
from arriving @ the house.

Service,quality and product excellent. My only concern was in the billing. It was my fault
due to some changes from last time.I was charged $100.00 for carpet protectant.I was under
the inpression the charge for the protection was $25.00, I did not fully understand that
was for evrey little area. Thank you for your service. Name removed
