Your professionalism and my carpets are extremely clean! I have never been disappointed with zerorez.

I requested 6 rooms fully aware that they had to be under 300 square feet. The guy questioned one of the rooms, and actually took out a measuring tape and measured it. My living room space was bigger than the room he questioned. The entry is tile, leads into family room, where the carpet meets the tile, is still dirty. He skipped the beginning of te family room. The other rooms were clearly much smaller than the allowed 300ft. I don't believe doing the small area connecting the family room to the entry would've been asking for too much. All I see when I walk in to my home is the dirty piece of carpet in the entry way. I could've went with a much cheaper carpet cleaning company, but I heard this company was outstsnding. I feel that you pay for what you get. The quality in majority of the rooms was good but they were also the ones that didn't need that much cleaning. I just felt that the main entry should've been included with the family room, and questioning a customer's judgement was fairly rude. I wanted to get my moms 3 rooms done too, but her carpets are much more worn than mine we're. I am not quite sure if this company would be able to do the outstanding job it claims to do.

How clean everything is.

First the cleaning was to be a suprise for my wife and I specifically asked you to not contact her and gave the appropriate email and phone numbers, unfortunately you contacted her.
Second, your associate seemed ignorant of what kind of tile I had in my home and disagreed with me even though he was incorrect. Lastly he was all too eager to nickle and dime me to run the cost up.

Well I listen to 94.5 kool and maria knight is always talking about the special if you mention her name. At the time I used you it was 119 for three rooms and I had to pay 134.00 The girl I talked to said there was no sale or promotion at the moment. Now it is 129. I liked the service but when you don't get the special you are told about it is uncomfortable and I should not have to make sure I get the right price.

The way it cleans.

Your technician Brian was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful with all my questions. I really liked that the product did not leave any smell like perfume or fragrance as these give me a headache. I was impressed with the product because it got all the pet stains from our carpet and left it looking almost new again. I will definately be using Zerorez to have my ceramic tile cleaned shortly. The reason we chose zerorez is to clean our carpet. It did not remove the smell from our carpet that we are experiencing. Not to mention the woman my wife made the appointment with said it would remove those types of smells, based on personal experience. I feel like the guy got out carpet wet with hot water and that's it.

Communication. I was told I would be called 30 min before the tech would arrive and I was called 10min. Then when he was almost done I was called to be told he would be late.

Very professional,from start to finish.Carpets dryed quickly. I do think paperless should be an option.Most older customers may have a problem with all of this.
