Carpets came out great- friendly service
I love the staff at Zerorez and feel safe and comfortable with each of the associates who have come to my home. They are courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I also like the way my carpets feel after being cleaned by zerorez, although my tile did not feel as clean after this last cleaning. I love zerorex carpet cleaning, however I am not as sold on the tile cleaning.
We have a Rainbow vacuum cleaner, and with zero rez carpet cleaning, we get no foam in the water of our vacuum from soap residue! Zero Rez is the greatest!
The communication.
Carpet always look and feel great
1. Soap was not used in the process. Therefore no soap residue will remain to attract new dirt.
2. The (15 year old)carpets looked like they were brand new when the gentleman was done.
3. "Booties" were provided to cover our shoes until the carpets were completely dry.
4. The final "raking" created a "like new" appearance to the clean carpets.
You showed up early, did a very prompt job. Your tech was very friendly and professional. the carpet was cleaned and looks as good as when we moved in. fantastic job thanks

We like the idea of no residue being left behind, no toxic cleaning products and a professional job. Your employee, Troy, was very professional, pleasant, thorough, and on time. He made recommendations for the protection product afterwards but wasn't pushy. The carpeted areas looked fresh and clean.
I have one concern though. We had one bedroom completely empty with no traffic since the cleaning. We purchased a new Hoover vacuum with great suction, as ours died the day we had carpets cleaned. WE vacuumed the room 6 days after the cleaning and were amazed at how much dirt came out of the carpet. All other carpet areas collected relatively very little dirt. We could see it thru the canister.
Carpets look and feel great. Bronson was very professional and quick.
Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpet. There are not a lot of chemicals and my carpet isn't soaked for days afterwards. The technicians were very professional and helpful as we discussed a couple of stains.

The technician was very professional. When he got to our home, one of the hoses would not work. He drove to Mesa and came back to finish his work. The carpets look new and they dried in about four hours. The carpet is so soft, I run around barefoot all the time. Thanks.

Although most of the carpet areas were cleaned well, there are two small areas that don't look good. The soil level for these areas was the same as some that cleaned well. I was told by the technician that I could not ask you to fix anything without paying again so I did not call. Actually I'm glad you sent me this feedback request. Hopefully you will want to fix this.
The carpets stay clean longer than with other services. With other companies the carpets will look good when they leave but within a week or two the old stains are back along with some new ones.
