The carpets really wrinkled about an hour after the guy left and we were really concerned. About 2 hours later they were back flat again and very clean. It did take one room longer than 6 hours to dry, but the carpet was very nice looking when it did dry. We are looking forward to having clean carpets and hoping it last for few months.

The technician was very knowledgable and courteous. He did a phenomenal job and the carpets are like new. They dried and feel soft just like the day we had them installed. He made some recommendations, but didn't try to push an up-sell. As a matter of fact, I didn't feel like I was being sold at all. The thought of using harsh chemicals on an expensive investment like our carpeting did not appeal to me. I loved the process and am very satisfied with the end result.

Clean and fast.
Zerorez is the absolute best cleaning experience I have had over many years; results are crystal clear (I have white carpet and a black dog!). The carpet is soft and looks like it was just installed. No tacky residue or crunch after cleaning. I'm delighted. Thanks for selling a product that actually lives up to its advertisement.
