Service tech was great and products were good. there was no residue and all spots dis-appeared..
We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies but their service did not even compare to the job by Zerorez! The carpets look like new, Brian Hamilton was courteous, knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to work with. The phone staff was also courteous and pleasant. The Zerorez product is amazing! We've tried numerous products to get soap scum off the shower door but nothing ... that is until we tried the Zerorez spray. Came off easily and on the first try. LOVE the company and product!
My carpets got clean. Smells good. Dried pretty fast.

The actual techs that come and do the work could not be better, but...the service person on the phone when I made the appointment almost made me choose someone else. She was horrible! The only reason I continued with my appointment is I have used you before and knew that I had a good experience with the techs and work that was done.

no smelly chemicals, carpet looks brighter and even though the carpet is old and very dirty it came out better than we expected
It wasn't exactly as fabulous as the radio commercials make it out to be. I paid the higher rate for the highly touted outcome and I guess I was a little disappointed.

The process was very interesting.And these are the cleanest my carpet have been in about 5 years. I can't even see where the clean carpet under the couch and the newly cleaned carpet meet. Normally there are still traffic patterns, but today I don't see any.

The Zerorez rep was very thorough and exact when explaining and quoting me prices. He was not in a hurry to finish, he did an excellent job. My carpet looks new!

Have the customers history available when scheduling. Nearly every time I use your service, there is a discrepancy is what is provided. Do you pre treat, do you rake, what rooms are counted as two rooms, etc. it would make for fewer frustrations when the worker arrives
