It was easy to make an appointment, the technician, Philip was professional, friendly, and did an amazing, thorough job. My carpets came out wonderfully, and are still looking and feeling great. It's nice to know there weren't chemicals used and nice to not feel a crunch under my feet.

the zerorez tech was very helpful and knew his product.
Price is about twice what I normally pay for a thorough cleaning that I am very happy with
and with a tight household budget, the cost is prohibitive for me.
With lots of business, it doesn't seem like Zerorez needs to reduce rates, but if
the cost was reduced at Zerorez I would book service again and if similar technology is available at a lower price with a competitor, I would try that service.
I really like that the cleaning products are relatively non-toxic.
