You do a great job, but I am not happy about the minimum trip charge. Somtimes I only need one room cleaned, and though I know there needs to be a minimum charge, I feel it is too high.

My technician Casey was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpets look brand new! It really was jaw dropping.

The gentleman who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Although very skeptical about carpet cleaning in general, I really do have to comment that as bad of shape as my carpets were in, he did an excellent job! Unfortunately, my previous tenants REALLY made a mess of my home, inlcuding several thousands of dollars in damage. It has taken me almost 4 months just to be able to live in my home again, and having the carpets cleaned by ZeroRez makes it feel like home again! Professional and courteous technicians. The product and process used does a thorough cleaning, dry's fast and does not leave any residue.

Everyone was very nice, down to the tech who cleaned the carpet. A good good was done to all four rooms.

Re-do? Crusty carpet, like soap residue. Took 12 hours to dry. Used Zerorez in CA after years of regular carpet cleaning and was more than satisfied.........no residue left from previous cleanings and dried quickly. This was not a good experience, and I loved Zerorez until now.

We cannot tell you how happy we are with the Zerorez product and service. The carpet looks brand new when it is actually 18 years old. Joel is an outstanding representative for Zerorez and its products / services. He was absolutely wonderful in his presentation, work ethic and personality - such a nice young man! Your technician Andrew who came to our place was very efficient and explained all that he was doing. He offered good suggestions about our following up as well as respecting our property. The carpets were well cleaned and everything was left in order.

Great customer service!

Everything! My husband is allergic to most smells which is why we decided to have Zerorez clean our carpet, we heard chemicals were not used from Danny Davis at KOY and thought we'd try it. We were only going to have three rooms and the hall done but when we saw what a beautiful job Brian and his helper Shawn did we had all the rooms done and are absolutely delighted with the results. Brian was very courteous, friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job of cleaning very dirty carpets. Only thing that would have helped us a little would have been if some furniture could have been moved. We are both in our 80's and that was a little tough but we managed by not trying to do everything at one time.
Would we have Zerorez again? You bet! Thanks for a job well done.

no soap residue left behind. The residue seemed to attract more dirt and my carpets had to be cleaned more frequently using other carpet cleaners. I am anxious to see how your product works. I am the test for a couple of others in my neighborhood.
