your measuring system is sick and wrong. a 300 sq ft room shhould not cost the same as a 500
My carpet was FILTHY!. But your process made it look new again - without soap. And, your crew was very knowledgeable and professional.

Your technician was prompt, courteous and got right to task. Exceptional customer service and took the time to explain to me how your system works and why. I can't remember his name, but he was very good. The carpet looks awesome and I appreciate working with you.

Andrew was very courteous. Explained the service and offered info on company products not pushy. Carpets looked cleaned even those that had heavy traffic wear and dark spots.
Service was very good with Eric. Three rooms came out good as advertised.One room the rug did not seem to come out soft ( had a harder feel like other cleaning services). Truck leaked oil on my cobblestone driveway! Spots still there!

We had ZeroREZ come out to clean 2 closets and our stairs, after one week the closet on the first level is still matted and smells worse than it did before we had you out. further more in that same closet there was drywall dust, i aasume that this would have been picked up with your cleaning but it was not. We diod have an animal that would urinate in the closet but that animal has passed on, so I know that there isnt any additional urine. The landing on the stairs is matted as well. Carpets look wonderful, but one took a 2nd visit by a different technician. He worked hard, and the area rug that needed redoing looks fabulous. It was just inconvenient for me and took some labor on my part. I would recommend company on the finished job and your thoroughness in getting it right.
It was quick and thorough. I was kept informed as service progressed of any problem areas and advised if they could or could not be resolved. There were no strong odors, only a fresh odor that did not linger. I was given suggestions on how to avoid some of the problem areas that were extreme.
I made a mistake on how liklely I would tell a friend. I told are neightor about your cleaning service how it clean up all the stain . Was very impress with theproduck.I will tell all of my friends. First name removed

service was fine. I just hoped that the cleaning process would have been able to clean deep enough to remove the "shadows" from earlier soap-based cleanings.
Your serviceman, Shayne, very was conscientious and thorough in doing the job and he was quite successful. I was indeed pleased with the outcome. Actually I doubted the carpet could ever look as nice as it does, given it's age and abuse.

did not get the spots out
I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the grout and tile in my home! I knew it would look better than what it was but I did not expect it to look as clean as they were able to get it.
Everything looks great and I like no chemicals added.

The no crunchy residue left on my carpets after Zerorez... The technician that came out, Francine, was absolutely Great.... He explained all my options with the cleaning as I did have a few puppy spots to contend with. My carpets look brand new again.... Thank You Zerorez..!!!...
