Over the years with a pervious carpet cleaner we had to use a scrubber to loosen the dirt and grime. The ZeroRez process didn't require that. I was impressed.
I vacuumed the carpet prior to the ZeroRez cleaning process and again after the carpet dried. I pulled very little lint and 90% of the contents of the vacuum was very fine sand.
I am now waiting to see if the carpet attracts dirt like all of the previous carpet I had after the first cleaning.

You were professional and did a good job but your prices are a bit high and I had to move every single piece of furniture, (no exceptions). Some of my friends saw your work but we are in the senior catagory and moving all the furniture is a bit much. My area rugs look wonderful.

I like that you do not use chemicals to treat the carpet and the end result is fabulous!

I like the fact that your cleaning products are all natural. The technician was very professional and explained the process before he started. He was thorough, friendly and efficient. It was quite amazing to watch him clean the tile and grout and how well the equipment worked. I am very happy with the way my tile turned out, the grout looks like brand new again. Provide a stain remover, or suggestions on how to remove stains. Actually I found one on the internet
