no soap/residue left behind
The carpet came clean, and the enviromentally safe products are great! I did however see there are "cleaner line areas" where it looks like the tech would start and stop the job, so we have strips in our carpet. The tech was professional and very nice!

It's only been 1 day but my carpet looks better than the last time I had it cleaned by someone else.
I will have to wait & see what the carpet looks like in a month. We were very happy to have Branson. He explained everything very well,was courteous & we felt he did a superb job.
The technician (Kirby Lacy) was great. The concern I had was when I made the appointment I thought I asked for an early time. About three weeks later when I received a call I was told the appointment was for between 4:00 and 6:00. Then, when contacted by Kirby he said that he had me down for between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
I was very satisfied by the way my rugs and tile came out,they look like brand new again.
Seem to do a good job cleaning carpets and fabrics.
The tech was on time and was very friendly! He took care of our house by using the bumpers around the corners. Our floors looked incredible with hardly any "drying time". He also did a great job on my couch and checked to make sure I was satisfied before he packed up the equipment. Overall a great experience. We'll be using zerorez from now on!

I have some places on my carpet that are not clean. I have listed to Gaydos on the radio about you and was very excited to have you clean the carpet. However, I am disappointed.
Amazing results! I have already been telling everyone to call u! Especially the tile/grout cleaning was more than I could have imagined! I am more pleased than I could have imagined! I had NO idea how gray my carpets were! I knew the grout was charcoal instead of cream but it looks like it did nine years ago and I have a Rottweiler that loves to lay on it to keep cool. I could not believe that the oils could be cleaned! And most important, my Sam is not exposed to chemicals! The carpets are not crusty and nasty. I even took photos requested by coworkers to show the before n after on the tile! They will be calling! I can't thank you enough!

the carpets do not seem as clean as i would like, i have a baby that crawls on the floor, and her clothes still seem to pick up dirt from the carpet.

He was very pleasant and professional in his manner and attire as he did the work. Just an enjoyable young man to be around as he worked. Please pass my compliment on to him.
The price is very high and so far I'm mot noticing a huge difference between this and a standard cleaning.
