The process used by your company really picks up the dirt and does not seem to leave a residue behind on the carpet. Worker was very professional and concerned about customer satisfaction.

The guy who came and cleaned the carpets was very nice and helpful. I had stains and smoke smell in the carpet from renters who had smoked in the house. The smell is gone, but the stains have unfortunately quickly returned.

I was very happy with the work that Ken did at our house. I was especially thrilled that he was able to clean the grout in the kitchen. I was told last time that it could not be done for fear it would get water under the tile. It looks great!! I also noticed after last time how much longer our carpet stayed clean. I will have you out again!

The tech was actually early, explained the whole process before he got started. Showed me the work during the cleaning to make sure it was satisfactory. After the cleaning he spoke to me about dry time and answered several questions I had for him. He was very professional and friendly. My family has a ton of rental properties and I will be using you again. Also need to give an honorable mention to the office staff who took my initial call, she was very nice as well and got me a same day appointment that was critical.

I like how soft and clean my carpet feels on my bare feet - as opposed to the crunchy feel(which I now understand is what happens when they leave soap residue in your carpet) it had when I had it cleaned in the past.

Train your techs on how to deal with using water around wood or laminate flooring. The cleaning solution used by your tech "alkaline water" is still water and can be harmful to wood or laminate surfaces. On my initial cleaning the tech used his "water" to clean our laminate flooring where he had tracked water from my kitchen tile to the front door. It left a film on my laminate flooring that I had to clean twice with a vinegar solution, rinse, and use my regular laminate floor cleaner to bring the floor back to looking as it should. I am very pleased with the cleaning of the carpeted areas. The carpet dried quickly, and looks great.
EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. tHE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND VERY CONSCIOUS OF KEEPING EVERYTHING NEAT AND CLEAN.
tHE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAD WAS THAT THE INITIAL PERSON WHO CAME OUT SAID OUR SHOWER TILE COULD BE CLEANED UP, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT TRUE WITH HARD WATER STAINS. AT LEAST WE WERE TOLD ABOUT BEFORE EVERYTHING WAS STARTED. NOW WE KNOW
The technician was at our house from approximately 8:30 am to 3pm. The carpet looked pretty good overall with a couple of places that I think could have been better. The machine broke down when he started to clean our tile. The technician tried to clean it by hand but ended up waiting for another truck to become available. When he finally finished the tile and it dried there were dried puddle marks and residue throughout the house. By the end of the evening our tile had smudge and slip marks on it. Our 10 year old son actually commented on the fact that the tile had smudges and spots on it. I don't know if the machines just weren't working or what but the zero residue certainly didn't apply. The technician also broke 1 walkway light with the hoses and chipped our stucco wall with his tools when he tried to repair his truck. Overall not very happy with the results considering we paid over $700 for the service.

I don't know if it's our 10+ year old light colored carpets or your process, but there are some residual "dirty areas" on our carpets that are still visible after the carpet dried.
The stains in the carpet were very minimal and yet they still remain. Also, I expected the grout to be cleaned completely. I have had this service done previously and every grout line was back to its original color. This wasn't even close.
