The technician arrived a few minutes early. He gave me the cost to do the job. When I said OK, he quickly setup to do the job. He worked quickly and thoural job when he was thru, he gave each of us a pair of smurff boots so we would not mess up the freshly done carpet.
My wife was very pleased. I will be calling when it needs to be cleaned again.

There is no residue left. The carpets look new after the cleaning and stay looking clean longer than other companies we've used in the past. The technicians are always very professional and diligent. Joe was excellent, went over certain spots and made sure I was happy with the work. We've used Zerorez three times before and we'll definitely use again.
overcharged-I wanted to sweep away the things that had fallen thru the cushions on the expensive sofa= Kirby said I can do that- I only had the tops of 3 cushions done and he offered to sweep away the debris and he cleaned it without asking and charged me $100.00. I was given an estimate of $60-$80 for the chair with no arms- He never told me what he charged me- I still don't know. I will call upon you again
Just reserving judgement. I want to reasses after a month or two. The last time I felt the carpet got dirty quite fast as compared to the cleaners I had been using previously.
Jeremy spent a great deal of time super cleaning ..he was careful and friendly as well as professional...he paid close attention to every detail and truly cared about the outcome ..I would highly recommend your company over everyone else we have had... results were amazing and the carpet is fluffy and clean really clean!!!
I like how your promise to rid the carpet of residue is the truth! Your method also lifts the nap and makes it soft again, so that footprints show again like it was new.

It is amazing how zerorez as a company performs. I'm sure there are plenty of companies out there that provide a good service, but the actual products zerorez has developed are phenomenal.
When we get our carpets cleaned by zerorez we can visually see and physically feel the differences. Softer, Cleaner, and Better Smelling!

The technician was really nice and my carpets are really clean now
First the good. I was very happy with the carpet cleaning, customer service and overall value. I was unhappy with the tile and grout cleaning because it actually looks worse now than before I had it cleaned. When the grout was dirty it was consistently dirty. Now it is clean in some areas and dirty in other areas which makes it even more noticeable. Addditionally, I am concerned that now the sealer may have to be stripped since the technician sealed it even though I was concerned it was not fully clean.

was great! He worked hard and would not leave until he was confident that we were
