Maybe do a little more cleaning on the first visit. With my carpets, it might have been that there was so much residue in the carpets from the other owners and it took a REDO from your company. You stood up to your standards so thank you for the REDO.

I have been informed by advertising that cleaning the Zerorez way that dirt does not cling to the carpet because you do not use soap. I am waiting to see if this is true.

It lifted stains out of the carpet, no lingering pet odors. Tile grout looked like new after cleaned..previous cleanings done by other companies never left me as satisfied as the work done by Zeroez. I will continue to have Zeroez clean my carpet and tile and will recommend them to my friends.

Zerorez is a very customer-oriented company. They were able to accommodate our schedule. They arrived within the time frame they gave us. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, and carefully. All the stains were removed (which I wasn't sure would be able to happen!)

I just had my carpet and stairs cleaned. Your technician was great and all appeared clean after a quick inspection. Hours later when my wife returned home, she noticed that the nose of each stair was still dirty. I didn't notice it while peeking DOWN the stairs but walking UP the stairway, the dirty areas were quite visible.

I will never use any other company for my household tile and carpet needs. Not only is Zerorez reliable, they provide a phenomenal product. I have used other companies for my floors in the past and none even come close to providing the same results. I have four children and two dogs, both can be very hard on floors. Zerorez has been able to remove ALL of the stains, without them resurfacing. Zerorez recently cleaned my tile and grout, with exceptional results. When they were finished My grout was as light as the day I moved in, which was five years ago. Thank you, Zerorez. I am a customer for life.

The carpet turned out ok, but the tile floor did not. They used a machine but did not do around the edges, i spent 30 mins cleaning the edges and corners.

I was quoted $148 over the phone. When Technician presented the final bill it was $198. Needless to say, I was surprised at the $50 increase in the quoted price.

I had the rugs done last week and all my tile flooring done yesterday. I figured that will keep the carpeting clean longer. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the grout came out. Again, amazing!
