No chemicals.
We were confused about the "3 rooms/areas" situation with the square footage being so minimal to each area. We were disappointed not to have one of the rooms we had anticipated being done.
I thought the drying times would be significantly less
Great job on our carpets
They did not push to up sell and did a very professional job. I have already recommended to my neighbors.
The dark spots and areas came clean and our carpet looks smooth and beautiful! There are no brush marks and now that it is dry, all I smell are the lack of odors that once permeated the carpet.
It works......and the results are terrific. It is just that simple
The carpets don't look any cleaner. The only thing that looked better were the strands of carpet brushed in a organized fashion by the steamer. There was no clean smell afterwards and the carpet wasn't brighter. I did like the representative that came out to clean the carpets. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner. I also liked that the carpet was dry in only a few hours.

Twice now my contact with the phone person did not result in the attention to reservation detail that was indicated was part of your service. "We will call you back with the window you can expect us," did not happen. We did eventually get it right.

Several areas still had stains
I was most impressed with the service. There was a problem with the vacuum in the van and instead of just finishing up with a poor vacuum, our technician (Marshall - Mesa Store)called for another van so the job could be done right and gave us some money off.
