Zerorez get the carpet really clean, and doesn't leave the residue that makes the carpets get dirty quicker.
The carpets are cleaner than tradional cleaners and dry much faster
I felt that I should have been told that the grout might not clean up because of staining. If you tell your customer in advance of the cleaning and it is better than expected both are winner . If you don't tell your customer that it might not clean up then you (Zerorez have covered your bases.
The carpet was cleaned great and the tile great but grout was a total disappointment.

Improve the time estimate!! We were given a window of noon-2pm. However, customer service called me at 11:15am and stated the technicians would be there in 15-20 mins. Unfortunately, no one was home at that time. I had made arrangements for a family member to be there at noon, but they happened to be in Phoenix at that time and had to rush home to let them in. It was quite an inconvenience to say the least. I understand that the technicians happened to finish one of their jobs early, but then you should allow for that in the window you give your customer.
Technitions were very knowledgable about what they do and delivered the service quickly.
Our carpets are old but we wanted them clean for our grandchildren. We were really happy to see how well they cleaned up. Thank you Zerorez.

The technician was a true professional and took the time explain everything that he was going to do. The 4 rooms I had cleaned look much better than after another "green" competitor cleaned them a few months back. I plan on scheduling my tile and grout to be cleaned in the near future after this experience.

Jonathan Shields was very professional, pleasant and very methodical with the cleaning of my carpets, couch and chase chair. He demonstrated how the zerorez water does not cause streaks on marble and windows.

As good as advertised, technician was incredibly polite, professional and considerate.
The true test will be what the treated areas look like in six months. To this point I am very pleased with Matt the technician and the overall appearance of my carpets.
Honestly it was the customer service I received before and after my appointment that leaves me a little leery to refer my friends and family. I scheduled my appointment via the internet, but heard nothing for several days, so I called after 2 days to confirm that I actually had an appointment. Although I got what I needed, the customer service was not the greatest. The technicians were GREAT and we are honestly happy with the carpets, but we were overcharged by $43.00 so I responded via email to my receipt that we had been overcharged, but again I heard nothing for several days. I finally heard from "Rae" on Tuesday morning and she left me a message. When I called back around noon on Tuesdays the lady who answered was less than friendly especially because I didn't know who left the message, however she said everyone was out to lunch anyway so she would find out who called and have them call me back. I did not get a call back. I called again on Wednesday afternoon (around the same time) after I had re-listened to my message and asked to speak to Rae and after holding for several minutes I was informed she was unavailable. So I requested that the lady who answered the phone just pull up my account and notate that the refund check that I would be receiving could be mailed to the address on Boca Raton, no problem, and who it was to be made out to was either myself or Mr. Last name removed, who had paid for the service on his credit card either way was fine. After several attempted calls I had spent enough time trying to track someone down. I was in customer service for many years and I'm guessing that my expectations are probably pretty high in comparison to the average person, however, take it for what it's worth. Your product is good, your customer service could use some work. Thanks for asking.
