Clean without soap.
On time, courteous, got down to business and did a great job
Use 2 guys instead of one. It was noisy, a lot of stuff coming in and out of the house, 2 men would have made the service go much quicker.
Clean and fast, quick response, timely.
The service was exceptional and the carpet looks great. I love the concept of the empowered water. The technicians detailed everything about the process, the product, and the service before they started so there was no ambiguity. What they said also matched what we were told on the phone. They will be getting a call when it is time to schedule my next cleaning.
Friendly,courteous service person. We liked the way the carpet was cleaned, smelled and how fast it dried so we could move the furniture back. No mess was left behind.
They were able to come at very short notice and did a wonderful job! Carpet looks brand new and the tech was very professional and explained everything. Will definately use them again.

I thought Norm was so nice and did a fantastic job he was very informative and clean about the job. I can't speak enough about him it is nice to see people who still take pride in their job.

Very meticulous, considerate and thorough service
Service...appreciated getting a call two days before to narrow the visit down to a two hour window. although the technician showed up about 1 our earlier than expected, we were home and ready!
My question is I have 3 dogs and I thought by getting my carpets clean the carpets wouldn't smell like dogs and they still do, my stairs did not come has clean i thought they would, my husband siad he couldn't even tell we had them done.
Not that impressed, we usually use another company but heard about you guys on the radio station so thought we would try someone new.
