I am very impressed with the service I recieved. My carpet looks great. I love the product and bought the 2 gallon jug. I use it to clean on almost everything in my house! I will definately use your company again. I was impressed with Matt the young man who came to the house. He was very knowlegable and proffesional. Thank you.

The technician Nickolas spent the time to clean our carpet and went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done to the highest standards. In the past we have had companies that have been in and out in less than one hour. Nickolas was here for over two hours and did an outstanding job.

Make sure the customer knows there is a difference between cleaning the tile grout and the entire tile floor. Also, explain that some odors may activate after cleaning, like urine.
You clean the carpets, but you do not rinse with plain water to take out the solution. We were hoping you were different, but you leave the dirty water on the carpets tyhe same as others. You should use only hot plain water. This sis pnly my feeling on this. We have discovered all carpet cleaning companies do the same.

Your no residue cleaning method makes a believed out of me. I have had carpets professionally cleaned for over 30 years and when I tried Zerorez you convinced me never to go back to a detergent cleaning service, ever. Your cleaning techs are very professional, polite, courteous and they know what they are doing to clean a carpet or a fabric furniture item.
The service man was very professional. He was upfront and honest about some of the stains on the carpet before he did any work. He did a great job on the carpets. They look new!
The corner guards and the fact the technician cleaned off the splatters off my furniture. The ability to have them redo any areas I thought were not done well enough is a plus as well. Nick the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. I will be calling zerorez back out to do my tile!

Used corner guards so hose would not mark up wall/base boards. Reasonably priced.

Great service and great results
customer service, person doing work very efficient clean and polite, lack of chemicals is critical with my autoimmune, carpet very soft and fluffy when finished. Although stairs were pricey, quality and product where worth it. Have recommended to several people already and will use again.

The service was wonderful. The technician , Jonathon, was professional, on time, courteous, and personable. He ensured that we were pleased with the job that he completed. He did demonstrations on how well the product works on spills. PLUS, he got out my wine spill!!

Friendly, professional svc
I believe Zerorez method is far superior to chemically treated method. Whenever I spot cleaned my carpet, I only used hot water, used environmentally friendly cleaning agent, never harsh detergents. I know my carpet will stay cleaner longer without chemical residue which absorb oil and dirt.
