The men who came to my home were professional and very efficient. They were mindful of my property and were very respectful. The product itself was "interesting" because the odor was minimal. Carpet & Rug Cleaning and Tile Grout Cleaning. The carpets and rugs were dry in no time. The grout on my ceramic tile floors came back to the resilient white that they were when originally installed.
The employee that came to my house was extremely courteous, polite and friendly.

You could better train your techs. When trying to up-sell me additional services he used the same tired pitch as all the other so called carpet cleaners. If you are better than the rest, act like it!!
Carpet doesn't "wear out", it "uglys out" and you should know that simplely because the mills warranty wear. Ugly most often shows in traffic areas where the heat set has begun to release therefore no tuft definition, just fiber that lays flat and matted(with 96% or more of the same face weight as when it was manufactured). Manufactures don't and never will warranty heat set because they can't control what the consumer will expose their product to once it is installed. If you are paying attention right now, this is just one way you could differentiate your service in the eyes of potential customers.
Take the time and make an investment in your crews. May I suggest that you invite(and pay if necessary)and experienced mill rep and have him speak on some of the manufacturing processes that effect your industry. Then train your crews with specific language (pitch) so YOU control what the customer hears instead of whatever comes out of their mouths. If you trained him and he didn't use it, shame on him; if you didn't, shame on you; it was terrible.
I have several rentals includung the one you cleaned. Your service cost me twice what I have paid in the past; I'm not sure it was worth it.

Your rep, Chad, that came was very responsible, took pride in what he was doing. We told him when he first arrived that we had a previous commitment that we had to be at and he worked really hard to get done in that time frame.
