Very happy with the entire process. The gentleman who did the work did a great job and was very nice and respectful. Carpets are fresh and clean and completely dry in a few hours.

I like the fact there are no chemicals used. I liked that the carpet was not so stiff as it has been in the past with chemical cleaning companies I've used. Pricing is a little high but I'm happy with the results and also the technician was very polite and professional.

Your process works great. I was really surprised at how clean you got my carpet. It's been a month and none of the old stains have returned like I've seen happen with other cleanings. The gentleman you sent out was very pleasant. Great customer service. On schedule, came when you promised. Just all around great service. Often times thats hard to find. I have already bragged to friends about what a great service we've received. Thank you!

I have no complaints about the service I received from this company. The person who cleaned my carpet went above and beyond my expectations in this regard. I am happy with the entire experience. However before recommending them to anyone else I would advise them of the additional enviornmental fee.
