I was referred to Derrick. He was thorough, fast, and precise. He got spots out that surprised even him. I have rentals and I would use zerorez Again in requesting for Derrick. Calling the office was a different story. The person who made the initial contact for the company was not impressive. It seemed like he didn't care to listen to what I needed or answer my questions just tried to pound out that there was a minimum requirement. And the price of the special. I had plenty of carpet to clean but he wouldn't listen to me asking about hallways or stairs. I was about to just hang up but the refferal came from my sister so I was obligated. Once Derrick was here, he was able to explain better answers to me. My only suggestion for better service to your customer would be an option to receive a text for appointment confirmation

Quick drying and no crunchy residue!
After you leave, the carpet feels so soft when done. Other companies leave the carpet feeling crunchy and an odor appears when they are done.
I also like the care taken when they bring in their equipment. They put up corner protectors so that their hoses do not bang up your walls.
Jeremy Kies is the best in service and work performed. He exceeds anything an employer could want.
Carpet cleaned up great and even the fibers in the carpet are plumbed up like when the carpet was new. All traffic areas look new and back to life. The carpets dried quickly and look great. Service associates were courteous,polite and were careful in how they treated the property effected by the areas cleaned. Good job Zerorez!

I was able to get an appointment at a day and time that was convenient for me. And the technician arrived when he said he would and he was very friendly and informative.

There was some white residue on my grout near my couch in the living room and some left in the bathroom. I also gave the tech a rug for cleaning but haven't heard anything back yet. I tried calling customer service to inquire but I just hung up after waiting about 8-10 min. My cell is Phone number removed
Too picky about square footage-ad says 3 rooms will be cleaned but never states how large the rooms or adding tiny hallways.The $14.00 additional fee is never mentioned in your ads.No great attention was paid to the high traffic areas I pointed out-after drying the area still needs some attention.

The techs that came to the house deserve a 10, but the appointment staff was somewhat difficult to work with. As a policy they will not take appointment times or guarantee a "first appointment of the day" type of request without a lot of hassle and manager approval.
