I like that there is no soapy residue on my carpets. My carpets are softer now than they were before the cleaning. Service was great and professional.

My technician was able to get out stains that have been in my carpet since I purchased the home. It now looks better than new!
It's not that you need to improve.....I need to see the carpet when it is dry. Thie is a rental and when I left it was still wet.

I will be able to give you a better answer after a month or so to see how clean the carpet stays. I can not say the carpet looks any better than when I clean it with my Hoover cleaner.
