On time service, friendly and helpful technicians, carpet always looks great when you are done.
There was one area in front on my coach that still has a pretty good size spot that looks dirty like maybe they missed it. But also I feel for the price I paid that my whole house should have been done. And I think I got convinced to buy the carpet protection package when I didn't need it and that added an additional $100.00 to my bill that I wasn't aware it would cost that much for scotch guard.
The technicians were early (which was great for me), they did a wonderful job, they were very friendly, courteous and professional, and they took great care in ensuring that safety precautions were put in place to prevent damage to walls/doorways and cleaned up any residue left on the hardwood and vinyl floors.
Last time did a fabulous job, this time area around desks one can still see the outline of the plastic mats for the desk chairs. I emailed a request for a call back and have not heard anything, yet. They need to touch up a couple of areas. Tile was great. Last year was great. Not sure why the dirt did not all come out this time. My only beef, other then that I do tell every one that asks that Zero Rez is great.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals for the carpet cleaning
NO SOAP RESIDUE TO ATTRACT DIRT. A LITTLE PRICY. WE ARE RETIRED AND IF WE HAD NOT JUST MOVED IN, NOT ALL THE RUGS WOULD HAVE GOTTON CLEANED, SINCE YOU WOULD NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE.
LIKED THE PROCESS
We had you clean the carpets and seats in our vehicles. Nice job. Be sure to move the seats forward/backwards to clean the sides of the seats. Would definitely recommend to others.
I like the fact that you use water instead of chemicals. Is it safer and more enviro friendly for my family.
I have never been satisfied with a carpet cleaning company the way I am with Zerorez. My technician, Troy, was courteous and upfront with all of the fees and charges before beginning the work. He also offered me options such as carpet protectant but it did not feel like he was forcing these options on me or trying to sell them to me the way it normally feels with other companies. He was simply explaining how they work and left the option to buy up to me. Troy was incredibly respectful of my home, using corner protectors to ensure that the tubes did not damage my walls, and he truly left my home in better condition than when he came in. (I have had other companies damage my walls and not tell me about it which I find incredibly disrespectful.) Troy did an excellent job, and I could tell he took his time, making sure that every inch of carpet was fully cleaned, and as a result, my carpets have never looked so good! While Zerorez is on the expensive side for carpet cleaning, compared to many of the Groupon and Living Social deals that are available, I am happy to pay this price for the excellent quality of work. Thank you Troy, and thank you Zerorez.
Carpet smells great and all my spots were removed. Carpet still looks great after we have been walking on it. Love the fact no chemicals used, so I do not feel bad about placing my child on it.

NON-CHEMICAL PRODUCT
Be honest up front on all costs. Pet extraction etc, your 119 specail that is advertised on the radio is not real!! I only had two rooms the total was 114 at my cost. I spent 153.00 too much1

Chemical free
Your truck left massive oil stains in front of my home (I have pictures). My HOA was not pleased either. Improvement would be having the leaks fixed on your truck.
