I like the appointment process that offers a 2 hour start time, and email notifications. The employee that cleaned our carpets was very efficient in getting in and out quickly, and was courteous in house with placement of hose and noise.

My carpets were horrendously dirty! I am not only completely surprised by the results, but utterly satisfied. My carpets have never looked and smelled so good! Nick was very professional and friendly as well. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to how I can keep my carpet looking cleaner longer!! Thank you, Nick and Zerorez!!

I set the appointment up 2 days prior and the receptionist said they would leave a message the following day what time frame they would be arriving. The message came but said I needed to call them to confirm and set the time up. It was inconvenient to call for I got home from work at 8 pm. I would suggest doing what was said- set the time up and leave the message for that time especially when the initial appointment was scheduled for the same week.

Carpet and tile/grout are cleaner than when the house was new. Tech was very friendly and professional. And all at a great price. I have already recommended Zerorez to several people and it's only been 2 days.

Not much to be honest. The people were professional and were very polite. Apart from not being able to preform miracles like getting week old wine stains out of the carpet I'd say your business is supreb.
I don't know that your services were the money I spent. Your phone person didn't tell me of any extra charges for a hallway. Overall, I feel the fees you attached were too much. I did hire your company though, and once I had you in my home I wasn't going to send you away. I had already taken time out of my schedule to wait for your man to arrive. My time is just as valuable as yours.
