Grout cleaning was amazing!
The technician was professional and told me exactly what to expect. He confirmed the price before he started and there were no hidden charges. After cleaning the carpet, he offered to do a test spot on the tile. It was dirtier that it looked and I was pleased that I could get the whole house cleaned in one visit. The price seemed fair, the floors looked nice and clean. The technician was personable and did a good job. What more can a person ask for?

The technician was the friendliest of any carpet cleaning company I've ever used. I was skeptical about the cleaning process, but was impressed with how clean the carpets looked after he left.
Shawn was our tech. and VERY professional, polite, knowledgeable, curtious. As a general contractor, I know the importance of having team members that can represent my company, and myself in a positive light. I will request him on future visits. Products and services out performed the advertising. And most importantly, there was no pressured "up sell", (unlike other companies), the service was performed for the price quoted. VERY refreshing! The staff follows through; responds via email and/or telephone. Techs arrive on time; very courteous and helpful. Like the high Ph water solution. We have used Zerorez twice and are very satisfied with the results.

Jeremy showed up on time and his explanation of the service was very thorough and easy to understand. He also took great care to protect the furnishings. I did not think the cream colored carpet could be saved but Jeremy took great effort into the job and they turned out fantastic! We have already highly recommended Zerorez to friends and family. The office staff were also very helpful in scheduling our appt. Excellant service!!

You were able to "contain" a lot of the awful cat pee smell in a house that my in-laws purchased. The carpets look so much cleaner and they are definitely softer than what was left after another company had recently cleaned the carpets for the previous owners prior to putting the home on the market. I couldn't believe how clean the tile was! The grout was an entirely different color than I had originally thought. The two gentleman that did the cleaning were professional, helpful and very nice. Thank you for doing such a great job!
