I am beyond thrilled with the carpet cleaning and granite polishing that I had done in my home yesterday. Honestly, I thought our carpet was well beyond repair....I was wrong. Stains that have been there for years and unable to remove by other cleaning companies are now gone. It looks like new carpet! The employees were very knowledgeable and did a thorough job throughout the house. I appreciated their promptness and attention to details. I would highly recommend them.

Where do I start?
#1) I was quoted $310.00 and my final price was $451.00. I explained the extra rooms to the person giving me a quote and they said that they understood and included the cost. But of course, they also informed me that the technician would give me the final price.
#2) The technician rushed through the house! He informed me that he couldn't move anything in the house. Ok, fine. Instead of him coming to tell me he was done with an area, he just rushed on to the next area. Keep in mind, this house has close to nothing in it! We are selling it!
#3) When he cleaned the tile there was about an inch of water on the floor when he was done. It soaked my base boards and pooled up under my dishwasher and stove so I had to pull them out and clean before it ruined things. Also, the technician didn't even clean the living room area of the tile because there were two couches in the way. He never came and told me he was to that area! There were 3 people in the house helping me move things into the garage and he didn't come and find one of us! Next thing I know, he is packing that stuff up to go on to the carpet in the front of the house.
#4) I had to go over all the tile with two full size bath towels to mop up all the water. There were even areas where I missed and there was a sticky residue when I walked over it.
I feel like I should have called a manager right then, but I am very busy. I had to schedule this feedback into my day. I really felt like I was hiring the right company but I was so wrong.

The product works great. Rugs are extremely cleaned, and well as the tile.
The technician was prompt, honest and hard working. Rugs dried in 6 hrs.

Scheduling can use some help. Not knowing until 2 days before what time you are scheduled for is kind of bothersome. :)
Guy didn't show up until 7:30. My time was supposed to be between 4-6. He was there until almost 9. He was very professional and I really likes him but it was really late. I feel like we should have received a much more significant discount than we did.
I really thought I was going to have to replace my bedroom carpet. It looks brand new....WOW

From booking the appointment to the follow up; everyone was friendly easy to work with in scheduling my appt. The tech was great - educating me and he did a fantastic job! My carpet was challenging with three dogs!
Aside from the fact it actually works, we love how clean our floors are for months after you are here. All this while not using any chemicals.

The guys who did the job were professional and friendly and were in and out quickly. The problem I have, is that I was completely up front when scheduling the appointment that we have dog urine in one room. I was really hoping that the smell would be improved but it has not improved at all. In fact, its almost worse. I just wish I had been told ahead of time that the treatment may not improve the smell because I probably would have gone a different route.
