My stairs look clean and nice and soft.
I have noticed that the spot I was concerned about is appearing again. Not to sure if its really different then any other carpet cleaning services. I feel that the extra fees for the carpet protector and etc.. are ridiculous. I feel it should automatically come with the cleaning. The guy that came and the people i spoke with were very nice just feel like to many hidden cost and up sales going on.
They do what they say ............ clean your carpets better than anything else and with water only. The employee who serviced ours was EXCELLENT!!! He worked his little "buns" off and didn't waste any time doing it. But that's not unusual, as we experienced the same thing on the other occasions we used ZEROREZ. I was told when I booked that the carpet would dry in 4-6 hrs. It was more 12-14 hrs. You should advise accordingly.

The carpet appears to be very clean. I did not feel anything (residue) on my hand after I ran it over the wet carpet. John was VERY good and pleasant to work with.

We have used other carpet cleaning services and a) they were much cheaper and b) they outcome was MUCH better.
We are not happy with the high traffic areas. The tech did not use any pre-treat and we asked about it and he said it would make it worse. We have always had a pre-treat and the other jobs came out much better. We would like a refund and will apply this to another company. Other company we have used were not able to meet out time schedule this time and after hearing all of your ads we felt we couldn't go wrong.
Considering all the labor we had in moving furniture and our prep in vacuuming before you arrived, I feel a full refund is in order. I will schedule with another company and start all over again.

Better pricing but job well done by Mitch!! Very thorough job, great customer service. We would like to have the cleaning done more often but costly.
We have carpet that has been drying for over 24 hours when we were told it would take 4-8 hours. We had a stain that was spread to a larger area from what it was originally and a house that smells like the feline urine stain when there was no smell before Zerorez cleaned. Lastly, all of the areas we had cleaned have a residue and 'crunch' when stepped on or touched. We were repeat customers but this cleaning was nothing like what we first experienced. We will have to find a new carpet cleaning company as this service was a total waste of our money and time.

They seem to work without leaving residue in my carpet.
I would have my carpets cleaned more often but it is a bit expensive so i only have it done every 6-7 months.
The carpet is clean without the "crunchy feeling". The service people are clean, careful and do a fabulous job. Mitch worked very hard to clean my carpet and the other floor rugs that I asked him to clean. He didn't hurry and he made sure that he had completed everything to my satisfaction. I have always recommended Zerorez to my friends.

The products really do get the dirt out and carpets/couches do not soil quickly as with other cleaning services. The service people are very well trained and good at there job...last time I used Zerorez, Brian Hamilton was the service person...he is exceptional, in fact, this is 3rd. time I've used your service and will be asking for Brian from now on...First name removed

Your guys showed up early while I was doing a final walk through of the home with the new owner. They then tried to up sell me on some additional services that you offer, which put me in an awkward position with the new owner standing right there.
Appointment was scheduled for 11:00, someone called me that morning and said they were on their way. I called back and asked them NOT to come until after 9:30. They arrived before then.
When the new owner asked about having the carpets stretched. Your guy immediately gave them the number to someone who could do that and I ended up paying for it to the tune of $300. This would have been avoided if they had shown up as scheduled.
