My carpets look great and the technician was knowledgable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. A little pricey though.

The service technician was great. He was friendly and professional, and I was comfortable with him working in my home. I did notice a slight crunchiness to the carpets after they had dried. It didn't bother me very much, but I belive you specifically advertise that there is no crunchy residue afterwards, so I wanted to mention that was not true in my case.
I like the way the carpet feels after cleaning. I also like the combination special with carpeting & tile.
Your agent was very knowledgeable and provided information on proper care of our tile floors. He was diligent in his work and performance was outstanding. I will request him for any future needs.

Best cleaning ever. Nick Merrill was awesome, he takes pride in what he does and provided fabulous customer service. I did not have cash on me for a tip and wood really like to get him something. How would I go about doing this
