I like the way that you were willing to come back for a minimal charge and remedy the problem I had when my dog soiled my playroom only 2 weeks after I had all the carpets cleaned. Also, I really liked the way Mitchell Williams educated me on what "empowered water" is and how it works!
Got some pretty dirty light colored carpets very clean.
the fact that no chemicals are used. service was outstanding. call center and service rep seemed to really care that they were not there within the time allocated.

Love the unique cleaning process, no odor, fastest drying I have ever experienced AND each time my carpet which is 16 years old looks like new. And tile floors look like they were just laid yesterday. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the technicians! Keith went above and beyond in my latest ZeroreZ service. He got tough carpet areas miraculously clean. I tell all my friends about ZeroreZ!
The Technicians treated my home as if it were theirs, they understood my time challenge, they took the time to explain the process and the materials used, offered advice but only after I solicited it from them and they were just downright friendly. My carpets look and feel amazing and the price was very reasonable. Thank you ZeroreZ and thanks Mike Broomhead, Barry/Michelle/Andrew for continuing to promote, all be it paid advertising.

Have the service people wear protective booties rather then their own shoes which they also wear outside. Other then that our person was fantastic.
We're always pleased with the end result. Technicians are so nice, explaining what they will do so we clearly understand then go about doing what they came to do and sometimes a little more then expected.

I was very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning, however the tile did not come out as well as I would have liked.....but I do understand the explanation provided that the oils or whatever was spilled on the grout had now absorbed into the grout itself....I was very satistied with the service provided by the rep...

Your tech (Eric Storm) was very thorough and professional. The process last longer than other carpet cleaners that we have used. This was our third service from Zerorez and we do not intend to use anyone else!

Fresh soft finished clean carpet. The tech was excellent.Price above average.
They worked and the carpet is almost like new again...There are a couple of spots that the carpet seems a little rough or corser; but I figure that maight be do to wear. I had the pet treatment done and although there was some order when the job was done, it did vanish a day later, and no spots are visible. The tech was very through and polite.
I like that there is no "crunchy" feel. The carpets feel soft and I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. CJ, your tech, was great. He is a good representation of providing good customer service, which I feel, is very important in todays world. Besides your process for cleaning the carpets, customer service ranks equal to that. CJ explained how the process works and would check in with me to see if I was happy with the results along the way. I will be using Zerorez again. I want to keep my carpets "happy".
