No residue... The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very professional and took time to show me the different areas of rug and the wearing area. He was a very nice person.

Have the tech check with you after they do some tile cleaning to make sure they are doing what you are expecting. Not happy with how the tile was cleaned in the bathrooms. Plus I don't think the measurements for tile were correct believe I was over charged.

Loved it. Jeff Klaus was very professional, answered all my questions. I have already have referred 2 of my friends to ask for Jeff. My floor looks awesome. I will be calling soon for Jeff to do my rugs. I even bought your water to clean around the house like my baseboards. Awesome!! Thanks again for a job well done.

We had a fabulous technician. He took great care of our carpet & chairs & we were extremely pleased.
He came promptly & called 15 min before.

Clean and no chemicals

There was no harsh smell and the techs were very friendly

Seniors have trouble moving furniture, so I am sure you lose potential customers with your notice to have all furniture moved before Zerorez tech arrives.

The way the carpet so soft after and the way that it looks, like brand new. Also liked the guys that came very nice and professional. They really went above and beyond on getting the cat odor out when they honestly didnt think they could. Thanks for honesty and hard work. We will continue to use and recommend.

I appreciated your e-mail, and I appreciate the ability to respond concerning the services that you provided Thursday, March 6th.

I would like to start out by saying, I take full responsibility for the decisions I made. Having said that, to say I am disappointed in the way the carpets (both bedrooms, living room) looked after they dried, is an understatement. Your technician was very nice and very personable as well as professional. And while he did explain because the carpet was very old (which it is-15 years-18 years old) that some of the spots may come back. And I also understand that because of my using an electric wheelchair, sometimes the dirt
and the pet urine gets ground in because of my tires. But the number of spots that came back, was very disappointing. And I was told that a "little bit of a smell" from the pet urine may come back. There is a lot of smell, not just in my room, but in the living room and my mother's room. I was told that the $40 per room ($40x3) "Topical Pet Treatment" would take care of it. Your technician also told me that he would not charge me for the hallway, because it was so small. And as he was talking about your "Empowered Water" product, he said he would just "go ahead and leave you a little bottle and then if you like it, you can always buy a large bottle". But that is not what happened, he charged me $49.

The $129 "3 Rooms Zerorezified" fee, I have no problem with, the "Carpet Protectant" for $25x3. I have no problem with. But looking at the carpet, I feel like I was taken or misled. Again, no one was holding a gun to my head, no one forced me to agree to the "Topical Pet Treatment". I just feel that it did not do what I was told it would do. And buying the $49 "Empowered Water" speaks for itself.

While the carpets do look cleaner and some of the smell is gone, things just didn't really turn out the way I was led to believe.

So, Lesson Learned.

I cannot in good conscience recommend your service. I will not go out of my way
to say discouraging things but, if asked point-blank about my last carpet
cleaning and the company that I used, I will not be able to give you a good
recommendation. And I will describe what I feel happened.

In regards as to what you can do to make things right, that would be up to you.

Love the fans to dry out the carpet drying time was reduced dramatically!! The cleaning solution used on the carpets smelled fabulous!!

Iceman was very friendly and efficient.

Several spots didn't come out of the carpet. They are the dirt spots that should have come out. Based on your price being twice as high as other carpet cleaners, I thought the cleaning should have been much better than the others.
