They removed dirt and stains that other companies could not clean. On time and courteous. Very impressed.
The workers did an excellent job, explained what they would do and did it, worked efficiently, and were extremely polite and courteous.
First time the product actually appeared to work
Carpets looked good after being cleaned. Service person did a good job and was a pleasant guy. Quote was close and price was fair and hassle free.
The use of water only
We have called to have someone come out to look at the tile. It appears that there are smudge marks caused by footprints and/or not getting it real clean after sealing the grout. Someone is scheduled to look at it on Friday.
The fact that you don't use detergents and that the house didn't smell after being cleaned.
Zerorez did a great job with our carpets! They looked brand new when they were finished! Our technician was awesome! He was so professional and efficient! We can't wait for them to come and do out tile!

Although I understand high traffic areas are difficult to clean completely, I was a little disappointed that I could still see where the traffic area was in front of the couch and hallway after the job was complete. Other than that, I was extremely happy with the tech ability to answer my questions. He took his time to do the best job he could given the carpet he had to deal with. I loved the smell and feel of the carpet when the job was complete.

I was told that I would be called 2 days prior to the date of the service. I was NOT called and was told by the zerorez rep on the phone that I was indeed called. Well, I can see the record on my phone and there was NO call from zerorez, so don't tell your customers you did something when the apple phone gives a record of the calls. Secondly, I was put on the schedule at the END of the day, from 4 to 6 pm. As a returning customer, I did not feel valued as a customer to be squeezed in at the end of the day, when in fact I had called several weeks prior allowing plenty of time for scheduling. All my previous appointments were scheduled in the morning. I have never requested a time previously. Also, the technician could not get a particular spot out of my carpet. Why don't you train your technicians to get tough stains out? As it turns out it is a red dye stain from a small machine that was placed on my carpet. He and I discussed that it would need a chemical and heat to get it out. Something I should google? I think not. That's why I call the professionals. Train your people to tackle the tough stains. Don't leave it to them on their personal time. There are plenty of other professional carpet cleaners in the Phoenix area.
The technician tried to make it right by not charging me for a stain resistant application. Your technicians should not have to bear the brunt of the lack of customer service of your office personnel. The technician was very personable, pleasant and very accommodating, but he needs further training to get more difficult stains out. This training should be administered by his employer as part of his job. I understand if it is a difficult stain and can't come out, but he had no other knowledge how to get it out.
Nice clean carpet - no more spots - no crunchy residue left in carpet. Great technician.

Not sure. The tile was beautiful, but the carpet felt somewhat stiff and like it had not been rinsed properly? Vacuuming seemed to help.

Eric did a great job. He explained the process, the advantages of your system, and what we should expect of him. He was 100% right on, did a very good job and we couldn't be happier. We also liked that he left us booties to wear while the carpets dried. The carpet now looks clean, feels soft and smells fresh. Thak you Zerores and Eric for a job well done!
