you had someone come and check the job we were disappointed in on October 18. He claimed we must have had repairs done to our grout. We have not. He said there was nothing that would change if he redid they floors. I have taken pictures of the floor. I do not believe we will ever use your service and neither will the rest of our family. We had our floors done for a special event and they looked terrible. I am so diappointed.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals or soap used, my carpets stay cleaner longer and they are able to get the pet stains out and when the carpets dry they aren't "crunchy" either.
Andrew was my service guy and he did an excellent job and informed me of what he wasn't able to get out of the carpet. He aslo showed me some of the other household products as well. He also gave me estimates on other services as well.

I am not sure how you do it but the end result is the best I've had. The service man is very helpful with costs and telling about the many different surfaces that you can clean.
