Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. Excellent price for the quality of service provided. My cream colored, ceramic tiles looked truly clean for the first time in years. The grout was clean and held up well, except where it had been previously chipped and worn. That's the next step - grout repair - but much of the grout we thought we'd have to chip out and replace looks great.
Our 12 year old front room carpet is CLEAN, the traffic patterns no longer visible, the fibers lofted, and the stains gone (only one bad stain left - long story - but now it's barely noticeable). It should have years of service left in it, and we should have done this several years ago!

Zerorez did a good job of getting our office carpet clean. I was harder to tell on our other carpet as it is dark in color. we also did tile and grout cleaning and the grout looks great.
I guess that we did not realize how wet it would be. It took about 8 hours for it to dry.
Friendly personnel, did an efficient job. CJ did a great job and went above and beyond in customer service!

So rarely does a company go out of their way to help the customer any more. I called at 7:30am and the Tech was there just a bit after 9am. I was very impressed with the way he handled our emergency. My son had been sick after eating a bag of red vines and it was all over the carpet. Zerorez not only came out quickly they completely removed the stain. I will highly recommend Zerorez to all.

The best part is there are no chemicals, just the water. It dries by that same night and no crunch as you walk on the rugs. I have referred you to several people and they were very pleased. Also if you have pets there are no harmful products to worry about. Andrew who did the cleaning was wonderful. He was very polite, hard working and aimed to please. He worked on some stuborn stains and was able to remove them. Now that's someone who takes pride in his work. I can't say enough about his work. I am so glad I heard the add on the radio 2 years ago. I will be a customer for life.
My family room carpet, rug and the tile floor look great. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable about your product and services. He worked hard on cleaning the floors. It was more expensive than I had planned on, but it does look good.

The carpet looked amazing when the job was finished. With the additional cost for large stairs and protectant it ended up being about $150. More. The gentleman who came to clean our house was very pleasant.
Your employee CJ was absolutely fantastic. He was not pushy, new what my time frame was and did a remarkable job. If he would ever leave your company I would find out who he now works for and go to them. Great service and my carpets look great.
I like that they don't involve chemicals. Your technicians are informed, helpful and seem to like their jobs.
Friendly service and timely; however, cost for upholstery is VERY expensive. I also noted a bad smell from upholstery.
I loved the way it took out very old stains from our carpets. I also appreciated the two young men who came to our home. They were very professional and friendly at the same time. They explained the product they were using and showed us results as they went from room to room.
