Your technician did a great job on the carpets and she came out and measured the rooms because she thought our quote (which was done over the phone) was high and it was so she saved us some money.
John was very prompt in coming on time. I showed him what I wanted. He figured the price
and got on with the job. The carpet was over 10 or more years and came out very well.
It took longer to dry than expected, but all worked out in good time. Next day I was
able to put my furniture back.

The professionalism of the technician as well as the drying time!! I have always used dry chem, but after Zerorez, I will not go back. The carpet dried fast, and wasn't "cement like" upon drying!!
Your serviceman was need, clean and did a great job cleaning our 2 beige chairs that were in storage for 6 months. he also did a great job cleaning our wool area rug. The cleaning fluid we got was an added benefit. my wife is a clean nut and she loves it.
The empowered water is amazing! My carpets were left so clean and soft! The gentlemen who did the job were very knowledgeable and friendly too. :-)

I love that it's not done with chemicals and the carpets always are beautiful and clean.
I love the fact that no soap is used and the house smells fresh and clean when they are done. Our carpet looks brand new! Not to mention, the staff is always extremely courteous and professional.
My 20 year old white carpet looks awesome. The lady who cleaned our carpet was very nice and very informative about the services you provide.
No chemicals
The carpet seems cleaner, it's nice & soft instead of "crunchy" like most other places.
The way the carpet feels after it dries. It is very soft. I love the empowered water which I get refilled everytime I have my carpet done because I use this water to clean my tile floors.
