The technician should have turn on the ceiling fans in all 3 rooms to help with drying out the carpet. The condo was so humid when I stopped by today. I think he did a good job cleaning the carpets.

The carpets get VERY clean and nothing is left behind. The workers are pleasant and efficient. They are very careful not to leave marks on the walls, etc.
The service was awesome. I had not had my tiles cleaned professionally in about 10 years and they came out beautifully clean. I have already gotten complaments on the look of the floor.

I paid $120 more using Zerorez than our last service, I think I would appreciate some information after the job is done explaining how the Zerorez system is superior, seemed like a usual steam clean setup to me. Carpet time could also be added-our tech did 4 appointments that day, and with our large house he moved fast and I noticed a few high traffic areas that could have been hit a bit harder. Thank you.

The only problem I had was I payed to scotch guard, the machine did not work, so he did it with a spay bottle, I think it would have been a lot better job with the machine, but it looks great. Thanks

It works! The carpet in my rental house came clean, when I didn't expect it to. I thought it would have to be replaced. Last year, when the prior tenant moved out, I had a different company clean the carpet there. In fact they did it twice! Their cleaner could not get the traffic areas clean. And I was prepared to replace the traffic areas.
However, my friend recommended Zerorez. They did such a great job I had Zerorez do my own home. I am very pleased with Zerorez. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back again or recommend them. Additionally, the Zerorez workers were pleasant, polite and hard working.
