The carpets have never looked this good after they have been cleaned. There is no crunchy feel to them and no funny smells.

The man that did out carpet was very nice and professional. The carpet dried fast and looks and feels great and no after smell.
Clean and green. Zerorez removes the dirt and does not leave any residue that attracts dirt. My carpet feels clean, smells fresh and looks great. This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The cleanings were 22 months apart and my carpet is a very light beige. I have two dogs and the carpet is in the living area. In between cleanings I use the Zerorez cleaner. The techs are very professional and explain the process. Since I don't usually write great reviews, you can see how much I appreciate this superior service.
I rate Jeff Klaus and Nafie(sp?)total 10s! Work was excellent, service was excellent, and explanation of future needs was excellent. Carpet dried beautifully; it even pulled tight the area that we thought needed stretching. I will be contacting you when we return in the Spring to have tile & furniture cleaned. Also, will be handing out Jeff's card to friends here in the complex :) Your techs totally made my day!!

The services that were provided at my house exceeded my expectations! The products used were exactly as described in the ad I heard. Not some smoke and mirror show just to make a few bucks! The care taken with the wall corner guards that were placed impressed me! The clean and new looking company vehicle as well as the equipment definitely made me feel like I made the right choice.
