The service and communication was exceptional. I was surprised at how knowledgeable the tech was and how thorough he was about getting the job done. He also explained the nature of the carpet and also knew alot about the services and products he was selling.

This is the best product I have ever used. I purchased a jug of the empowered water early summer when Zerorez cleaned my carpets and tile floors. I have 3 dogs and you could not tell there was ever a dog in the house. I use the empowered water to clean my windows, mirrors, countertops and just about everything in my house. I absolutely love it!! This past Friday (11/01/2013) I had zerorez come out to clean my sectional and kitchen chairs. I am very happy with the results. I will not use any other carpet cleaning company other than Zerorez.
Very polite, carpet was soft not crunchy when finished. Really got an amazing amount of dirt out.
Only some of the spots came out and some of the rooms still smell, while others don't. The technician also charged $15 more than what I was told without any services being added. Your coupon stated the rooms would be pretreated and sanitized and I don't feel that happened. I would like the rooms redone.
Your product gets the pet smell out and no other carpet cleaner has done that. Plus the techs really are polite and do a great job
The empowered water is an excellent cleaning solution. Also, I bought a 5 gallon jug of this and the sprayer but the sprayer is missing the blue cap so it is not working. Could I get someone to drop off the blue tip? Call me at Phone number removed to get new address as we just moved from the house your technician worked on. Thank you.
Everything went smoothly and my carpets look amazing.
Cost, I think $160. for the two small carpeted Bedrooms was excessive, and charging an additional $10 for a tiny closet in the master bath area.

It was the first time I ever used your company. I felt that the gentalman that came to my home was very proffessional and very smart about the company. He did a fantanstic job. I didn't think that the dirt in my tile floors would ever come clean. Even though I clean my floors on a regular basis. They look so good now and I am very happy. I have already recommend ZEROERZ to 2 other people that I know.

I was really impressed with the technician and his knowledge of the system and his phenomenal way of being sure I was completely informed an all that he was doing. His professionalism was beyond compare. My husband and I are pretty tough to please as were are very much "ocd" when it comes to cleanliness. The carpets have been restored to next to new condition!! We are so happy with ZEROREZ

There was paint on the carpet, I talked with the sales rep when I called in he said paint drops are no problem.The guys in the field were not aware of any paint drops on their order sheet. and of course they were not able to get up many spots and realy did not sped any time to try.
Keith, was great! My carpets came out looking just like I wanted them too. I will have my tile and grout cleaned too. He suggested stainless steel appliance cleaner and I declined, but am now bait curious about it. What's the cost of your product? I give him a 10+

I don't feel my carpet is clean. It looks worse than before I had it clean. Track areas should of been pre treated. Very disappointed.
