Stephen was very professional. He did a great job. Carpets and tile look good. Stephen explained all of the services and I agreed to some and declined others. He didn't pressure me into adding all of the additional services. I really appreciated that. I had one company pressure me into extra services and then I was angry when they left and I will never use them again. I also liked the fact that there were no harsh chemicals. I have three dogs and that is a concern for me.
Great job on a carpet that was awful. It was weird though, that they were able to get out stains that I thought would remain, yet two small areas that weren't as bad didn't look as clean. But overall, a great job!
I used Zerorez 3 times before at my second house and I was extremely happy with the service and paid about $300.oo or less and they really spent quality time on the carpet and it took a few hours to finish and the carpets were almost dry when they finished. This time I paid $640.00 and they finished the job is less than 2 hours, The rugs were still wet 2 days later and there were areas missed and spots were you could see that a portion of the spot was very faint and the rest of the spot was still there. They did the very MINIMUM and only went over the carpet once in most areas and I know that when they run the vacuum phase over the area 2 or 3 times the carpets turns our great. There is a very long black line on the edge of the carpets at the landing of the stairs that was not there when they came, it was put there as part of the cleaning and it looks terrible! They also asked me to sign something at the van in the dark and I have no idea what it said and I was not given a copy of it, but he said it said I had stains in the carpet. They were very slip shot and wham-bham about getting it done, it was the last stop of their night and I quess they must have been tired. The carpets too till the next day to dry. When they were packing up to leave I asked if I should take my Rug Doctor steamer and suck up more of the water because the carpets seemed very wet, they just gave me a blue packet and I asked what it was and they said slippers to wear on your feet, when I got back in the house I opened it up and there were a whole bunch of blue tarp like things to fit over your shoes. I know for a fact from previous technicians end product that if they had put more effort and energy into in along the walls or over spots or suck some places up more than once then my carpet would be a lot better, when they take part of a spot up almost completely and you can still see the outline of the spot and the rest of the spot is much darker, you know that the other portion just needed another run. I suppose that these technicians did the minimal requirement, but my guess is that more is expected by Zerorez It appears that they did basically one pass and complete a 6,000 square foot house in 2 hours. The first technicians probably went over and above or had more pride in their workmanship. I have a $500.00 Rug Doctor from Costco and I feel that I could have done a better job on my carpets that the technicians did I wanted the extra power of the van mounted system and no chemicals and the powerful vacuum of Zerorez. I comment on the wetness of the carpets and the technician told me they took 94% of all the water out that they put into the rugs. Anyway, the carpet looks better in some areas, my carpet is 8 years old and it is very good carpet, it was dirty from a lot of traffic but I did expect more, most of the spots were from dirt and dust from the outside or spilled drinks. The landing steps are really bad, my cleaning lady said thought she needed to clean the steps with dishwash soap because they looked so bad, but I told her to leave them alone for now and I would try using only steam on my two small portable steamers or my Rug Doctor, I know the dirt will come out, it is that no one even tried to get it out you can tell, it is the dirt from the landing and upper steps that spilled out because of how they cleaned the landing, they must not have been been sucking with the vacuum at the end or the vacuum naturally lost suction when it got to the end and the dirty water drained out onto the edge of the top step, the second landing steps DO NOT look like that nor do the rest of the 21 steps they did, just the landing steps and they look awful! I had been recommending people to Zerorez, but after this experience with young slip shot kids who were not thorough and did the minimal requirement in the shortest possible time, I would not recommend them and I do not feel I got my monies worth. I do not mind paying $640.00, I just though for that price my carpets would be cleaned except of course for any stains that were permanent like a blue from a broken pen in one room. I was very disappointed and very surprised at the quality of the end product, seems like a lot of money to charge $320 an hour for carpet cleaning, $640.00 for the two hours that they worked on the carpets.

Andrew was a great technician, I was very pleased. However, the office leaves something to be desired. They called the schedule the appointment three times, which was very confusing. Not only that, they had my address wrong every time and in te end had it wrong all together. When i pointed this out, the girl on the line hung up on me. If it weren't for the technicians, I would not use zerorez again.

Great job, quick, efficient , no long wait to dry, all spots are gone and not coming back. I am recommending three of my neighbors for this coming week.
