I was impressed with the quality of your carpet cleaning service. An old carpet looks vastly improved by your process. In addition, your technicians gave great customer service - introducing themselves, explaining the process, explaining the fees and working quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with your company!

stains didn't come out
After drying a few spots were not totally cleaned up. Overall most did look good.
Carpet was detached from floor in several places and not mentioned to us. Industrial fan pointed at fireplace caused ash/soot to blow throughout our house. The ash/soot covered couches, pillows, lamp shades, infant stuffed animals, diapers, tables, artificial flowers/plants, containers, walls, electronics, and infant car seat and swings. When cleaned/wiped, the soot smeared and left black mark. Very minimal discount offered.
I like the way my carpet looks after 1 week, still like new. No residue works! Dried fast, too.

I love how clean my carpet it...and it is not stiff and crunchy. The tech who came to my house was right on time and he was very professional.
We like the fact that no chemicals are used to clean the rug, and there is no smell in the house after you are finished doing the job. Very efficient workmen, and very courteous.

Very professional technician, on time, rug looks fantastic. I like the fact you do not use chemicals. My cats are not licking their paws and getting sick after the carpet is cleaned which has been my experience with other methods. I liked that fact that Mike went over the costs with me prior to starting the job and looked everything over very carefully.

The tech did a fairly good job. I did find a couple of small spots in the living room later on after he had gone but I used a damp rag and they came out. There were marks on my tile floor from his shoes and equipment that I had to wipe up. Next time I would tell the tech to wipe up the floor better. I have recommended your company to 2 people in the past few days.
Our technician was prompt, in fact early. Knowledgeable, honest and was very thorough. I liked that we went through the cost up front so that there were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. Technician was very respectful to us and our home which put us at ease. The outcome of his work was well worth the expense.
Jeff Klaus was my tech and he really got my carpets cleaner than I expected. I will be requesting him next time. I like the fact that there are no chemicals used and so no residue left in the carpets which keeps them cleaner longer......just like you say.
carpets were dry in a few hours. very professional and I like the idea of no chemical or soap.
The service tech was very professional and very friendly. He did an outstanding job and was very informative.
We did have an issue with how to clean our tile (through out). I thought I was clear that I wanted steam only. A solvent was applied that took off the finish in the master bath and hallway. Luckily, we caught it in time and it will be resolved with a tile expert. A bit of a dissapointment though.
Your technician,Stven Richardson,knew what he was doing as if it was his own carpet.
The products are A-1 I like the way the water was extracted. The carpet was C L E A N.

I don't know much about products because this is the first time I have had my carpet cleaned I have always done them myself. However I am now trying to sell my scrubber. I will never do my own carpets again. The young man you sent was very nice, polite, went about his work in a very professional manor and done a very good job. He spoke highly of his company and represented it very well. I hope this young man is rewarded well for his service. I was EX V P of a company employing over 1000 people and it would have been nice to have all of them with Shawn's work ethicks.
Between the three contacts that we've had with the company, we have gotten three different estimates of what it would cost. At least it was better than last year's price where we were overcharged by about $30, but it is still frustrating to not really know how much it is going to be between talking to two different people on the phone and the service tech himself.
