The staff is very professional, all my questions were answered, and my tile carpets and floors looked fabulous. Will definitely call again in the future.
Carpet clean
the man that did the cleaning was very nice and polite and did a great job of cleaning, it was just expensive so I won't be cleaning my carpet that often.

think your advertising for three rooms for 129 or whatever amount you use is deceiving....your actually fees are based on 250 sq feet which is close to only one room if that room is a living room

The service was done very professional, he explained everything to me. The carpets look like new again. It was still a little damped today, but they dried up at the end of the day. But with cooler weather I much anticipated that to happen. Thanks and I hope the stains will not reappear so quickly.

I like that the carpet is not stiff and hard when dry. I was told what the process would be from booking to the cleaning itself and it happened like I was told.
CLEAN, FRESH SMELLING CARPETS!
Had my tile done. They will have to come back out and redo a few spots. Usually I never have a problem. Have been using Zerorez for ever. But have never had my tile cleaned before. I'm sure they'll make it right.
The high traffic area were the carpet meet the tile and enters the hallway, as a result the most soiled area, did not get as clean as I thought it would. The area was still darker than the rest of the carpet.

With two dogs and two messy children, I didnt think that our carpets would look brand new. John was friendly and helpful. He had a big task, our carpets were a mess but he worked deligently. The stains i never thought they would come up, gone. Thank you!

I likes how you do not use cleaners that leave residue behind. I even liked how you were able to get other companies residue up over six months after we had them cleaned last.
Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and our carpets turned out beautifully. We will be calling soon for tile cleaning!
