The service provided by Brian was excellent - they walked in with efficiency, explained what they needed to and went to work. No wasted time. He was polite and well-prepared to discuss the situation with me.
Suggestion: They need to be provided with flood lights or something brighter than the homeowners usual lighting - this was done after the sun had set and I quickly realized that all of my "home" lighting wasn't going to be bright enough to get the job done correctly. Second suggestion: make sure the homeowner's hose is reconnected to their spigot before Zerorez leaves a job site. All in all loved the job done - compliments on it already.
price; though you do a great job and my tech was fantastic, I would just mention when I recommend you that you are on the high side, this way they are prepared.
Even though the carpet stayed moist for two days it still looks good for an old carpet. Your guys are polite and efficient.

Your technician was friendly, professional and informativeand best of all stains don't come back!!! Two days after we had our carpets cleaned we had a pre holiday party with over 50 adults and children in attendance. A young child was drinking a red Kool Aid in the living room and spilled it. Holy macaroni, what a mess. I soaked it up and the red was not leaving the carpet. Then I remembered that I purchased the empowered water when the technician was at the house. I sprayed it on the red stain and you could just watch the color fade out of the carpet. I soaked it up and you'd never know there was a spill. The whole time guests saying they couldn't believe it came up. I will certianly continue to use zerorez for my carpet cleaning and I'm pretty sure several people at our party will give you a try too. You have a great product!!
