I spoke to Rae on the phone and was a little put off by her tone when I mentioned I needed you to come back out because the next morning there was a stain on the carpet after being serviced. Other than that, Nick and Shawn were very nice.

My carpets were clean that is no question but the fact that you require your service men to make us pay a minimum amount is ridiculous. I only needed what turned out to be one room and a 19 foot hallway but according to your sales tactics that isn't enough how stupid. I gave you a one because my carpets were clean but I will never use you again and never recommend you to anyone. Had it not been 2 days before Thanksgiving I would have sent your service man away.

I like the fact that you are a "Green" company and that you do not use chemicals as I am a chemically sensitive person. My carpets came out beautiful and the grout in my apartment came out amazing!!! My technician Troy took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions. I will be requesting him in the future. Thank you Zerorez.

My wife and I have been talking about using your service for a long time and finally I made the call. My wife assured me ‘they can’t clean our carpet, it’s too old. Service began when I made that first call. Your people are so professional in explaining all that will occur once the technician arrives.
The office called us two days in advance as promised, the day of the cleaning they called again and gave us an update on arrival time, 15 minutes out the technician called to say ‘I’m on my way.’
Once Tyler arrived the miracle of Zerorez began; our carpet is quality carpet, but very old. It’s never been shampooed but vacuumed weekly. I’m in a wheelchair and have a home office; the carpet is beaten down from my tire tracks. Throughout our home my tracks are visible.
The miracle of Zerorez occurred! Our carpet acquired new life, I’m not kidding. Half our floors are dark laminated wood; they’re difficult to keep clean. No problem for your service, the floors are beautiful!
Now for the best part, your company sent out Tyler Wahl to represent your company. This young man was a delight to have in our home. He was very professional and curious all the time he was here. He put us to ease and we trusted his presence in each room of our home. He was also excited how clean and fresh he made our floors look, and yes they are beautiful.

Great! I was very impressed. I had my tile and carpet cleaned on a day that it was raining and crazy. Zerorez made the experience smooth. We have very old carpet however I couldn't believe how clean the carpet was. Andrew was so professional and extremely good at his job. It was well done, got nearly all of the spots out. It took longer to dry then estimated (at least 12 hours), but other companies are the same so I expected that. The technician was friendly and quick. I will be using them again.
