professionalism and cleanliness of carpets when service completed
When I called for a service and told your office that I needed the urine spots removed from the carpet in our master bedroom and family room, an appointment was set up and a tech with approx. a year of experience was dispatched to our home. In the past I have had someone from your establishment here and there were no residual damages noted to my carpet. This time, I spoke that I wanted my carpet cleaned and deodorized when I talked to Albert, the tech over the phone, he knew that the primary purpose for his visit was to CLEAN my carpet.
My husband was home at the time and is not experienced in the inside maintenance of the home, so did not know that the odor and horrific look of the carpet post treatment was not normal nor acceptable. When I came home that evening, I was HORRIFIED at what I saw as well as the toxic odor emanating from my carpets which has successfully rendered me with some sort of an upper respiratory inflammation and a very sore throat and a feeling of mailaise. We were unable to stay in that part of the house that night and had to subsequently sleep in a blow up bed on the other part of the house which is still a necessity for me due to the smell in the rooms.
I called your office on 10/10/13 and asked that someone with a few more years of experience come to my house to view and smell the mess that Albert left behind. He called Albert I suppose and walked around and then told my husband that our carpet couldn't be fixed and our $622.00 would be refunded. I had a similar end point look to the carpet after your company was here a while back and they returned and did in fact remove the horrible dark brown stains that were residual. I was happy with that.
I am now left with a carpet that is basically useless as it sits with all of the very large diameter brown stains and toxic smell from a company that touts itself as a "natural" green company and I am scheduled to have my entire family here for Christmas which now as it stands, not a viable option.
I would like Mr. Nathan Perrins, and or Mr Ben Helms to come back to my house to observe the state in which my carpet was left and smell the toxin that is creating a respiratory problem for me. I would like them to make arrangements to come here as soon as possible due to the time crunch for Christmas and make me a viable offer to correct their employees destruction to my home, my health and my family plans for the holidays. I have a business and know that if I render someone unhappy or actually partially fixed, I am responsible as the owner to morally and ethically correct the problem that I participated in creating. I feel that this is your responsibility as a business man and expect to hear from your office very soon. This is not an end point that any other carpet cleaning company has left and I am shocked and dismayed to find that I am having to deal with this as your company was recommended.

Not ruin baseboards.
My carpet was destroyed. It looks "almost" new again. I was so very impressed.
The representative was courteous.but it cost more than I expected it was going to cost. I wanted the tracks(pathways)cleaned and I was charged as if the whole room was cleaned.

The product is good and the techs do a great job
Your service technician was the best! He seemed very trusworthy and cleary gave it his all to make sure I as a customer was happy. I had him come back to do a redo but apparently the oils in the grout were really as clean as they could be. It was difficult when cleaning to be sure you hit every area so I assumed that perhaps he missed those areas. He did not, anyway Steve Richardson was Awesome and because of him I will definatley use your services and recommend this to my friends.
Did a good job cleaning my carpets. Better than previous cleaners. Casey and Walter were very acomodating and a pleasure to work with.
The technician, Tyler, was very courteous, informative and did a great job. For the most part the carpets and tile were cleaned to our satisfaction but there are just a few small areas that could stand a follow up clean. This just a small area on one of the carpets and a few areas of tile grout that are not quite as clean as the rest. This became apparent after it was all dry. I need to re-grout some small voids and will call for a return by the Tech. Overall though we are quite happy with the results and that you will come back within 30 days to correct any deficiencies.

The person that came out was very professional and caring about our carpets. He took the time to measure and explain the cost and the minimum, making sure we met the minimum needs. He was very thorough in cleaning of the carpets and explaining the length of time for drying. When we asked about having a loveseat cleaned he was very caring in making sure that it was completely cleaned and in how much the cost would be. This was a very good experience for us, compared to the last time we used a different company. I will highly recommend Zerorez anytime.
Outr technician nice was so nice and helpful and was patient with the questions we had. Our carpets definitely looked cleaner and when walking barefoot ( like I like too) u can feel the difference and the softness the carpet should feel like .

When the ad airs the D.J on the radio is so enthusiastic about the results, I think I was hoping for more. There are still stains in the carpet. Its a lot of money ($168.00) to still have stains. I asked about the pre treat the stains that is also said in the ad and the tech said he did it with the citrus spray.
Excellent customer service for setting and follow-up of appointment. Confirmation of arrival and timeliness. Rooms cleaned with care of walls and other detials. Final cleaning is excellent.
Very professional and great service
Your drivers learn how to drive while backing out took out half my tree you might want to check your truck for damage did damage to my tree lots of broken limbs! I have a couple of dark spots on my carpet doesn't look like it was cleaned. The first time I had you out did a awesome job that's why I called again but now not so sure about calling you again. I told everyone what a great job you did but again not so sure if I would recommend you guys.
