Wish you would have sent the quality technician we had yesterday the first time. He spent as much time on the one room as the original appointment took altogether.
Although I like how clean my carpet looks and especially liked the lack of chemical or detergent odor - the carpet took almost two days to dry.

Peter, our technician, was pleasant, informative, and did an excellent job on our carpets and upholstery. I especially appreciated that Zerorez uses large, industrial fans to help speed drying. My upholstery looks like new, and even the traffic areas on my carpet cleaned up nicely.
