Great service. Technician was friendly and did a great job

The technician was professional and explained the procedure as well as letting me know I was invited to inspect each room as he went and ask him to go over anything I wanted. He worked hard and did an amazing job!

the kitchen floor was very slippery. I slipped and almost fell twice. Plus, for some reason the carpet has a musty odor to it, similar to the smell of dirty laundry that has been around for days.

My carpet was filthy and your products cleaned it right before my eyes!

My carpets are clean and soft. There is no residue in the air, which is important for my damaged lungs. The technicians are always competent and friendly.

I was a little disappointed that the tech didn't feel he could help with the cat urined pillow. Mostly because I am slightly disabled and it's hard for me to get the cover off and do as he suggested. But I still think you are the best in the valley.

Good job cleaning overall. Great job responding to my concerns in my previous feedback and coming back out make it right without making any excuses. This is what good customer service should be like.

The teck was kind of lazy - he didn't even spot the carpet before he started the cleaning - I still have the spots. He gave me a hard time about pushing a chair back off the carpet. For the kind of money you charge, I expect a little higher quality service from the teck and little bit more professionalism.

Didn't get all spots off my couches and left a dark residue on back cushion of couch.

Personable technicians, flexible about scheduling timing, good about reminding about scheduled times. Do a good job of cleaning carpeting.
