He did the best that he could do with what was there it all did not come up but it is clean and it will work
Nothing. Just waiting to see how long the carpets will stay clean. My cleaning technician Peter Farrell) was excellent and really helpful! Love the extra product I purchased for cleaning around the house.
Really, really good job! And the carpet is cleaner than I thought possible.
On time careful work. Friendly and professional. What I liked best was there was a more to do than was planned. I know they had two more jobs. But they didn't rush and offered to do another rug. Took pride in their work and respected our property.

I liked that the carpets were not real wet when he was through. He was also able to get out a small red stain I had on the carpet. The carpets were very clean and I like the idea of no residue.
The carpet cleaning was amazing! Our carpets were soiled due to years of heavy traffic and had never been professionally cleaned. We tried to do it ourselves a couple years ago, but only made it worse. Zerorez made the carpet look new again!
Casey is wonderful at what he does and explains every step. I finally found someone that knows how to clean Travertine floors. He is the greatest.

The service was great and the carpets look good. I'm just not crazy about how our new plush carpet feels after it dries. It was plush, soft and squishy under your toes - now it feels crunchy and stiff.

The carpet was a different story, though my carpet is old and at one point off white it still looks dirty :(
Well to do the small hall way 6'8" by 4' I was going to be charged an extra $55.00, when I said are you kidding me? He said well since he wasn't going to do my master closet he could exchange that for the hall way. I told him no he already said the hall way was extra.
The stain that was in the formal dinning room seems to have come out. Which I'm very happy about. The carpet itself looks very good. I feel your prices are a little high for someone on a fixed income. It would be nice if you had a special rate for Senior Citizens.
How clean the carpet is!!
Too expensive. One hour of work for $180.00? That is too much for low tech work.

I felt that Keith was very knowledgeable about your products and services. I love the fact that it is clean with no toxic chemicals. We do have kids and dogs in the house so this is a very important factor as why I switched to Zerorez. I will recommend you to my friends and family for sure. Keith was very friendly, professional,and efficient.

We've had our carpets cleaned by many other companies. While your technician was very nice, the whole experience was sub par compared to other services. Your tech wore black side shoes without booties while doing our floors. He did not wipe up excess water nor leave disposable paper non-slip mats at entry ways. He also didn't move anything (not even a light table) which other services have done and then placed foam risers or plastic squares under the table feet.
The results and the fact it won't leave a residue and dried fast. Keith was very nice and efficient. Good customer service.
