I've had other companies come and clean my carpets in the past and never have I experienced such detailed and superior service as I have with Zerorez. Not only was the service technician right on time, he also took his time cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I am extremely satisfied with Zerorez and would definitely recommend them.
I have used your services 3 or 4 times. This time and the previous time, I have been very unhappy because the technicians looked at the same rooms and said different things about size and what could be cleaned for the price.
As much as I like your service, unless I can be assured that areas that were previously cleaned will be cleaned again and room sizes will be counted the same way each time, I will find another company to clean my carpets.

Carpets look so much better. Technician, Peter Farrell, was friendly and polite. During the delay (2+ hours)because of the truck's problem making usable water, Peter expressed his concern, kept us updated about what was happening, and gave us an additional discount. We understand that problems can happen and certainly do not blame Peter in any way and because of his professional approach we will use Zerorez again.
Andrew our service technician was prompt, courteous, and professional!! Our carpets look and smell brand new. Our tile floors and grout looks amazing. This was the first time we have had them cleaned in over fours years.

Expensive but effective
The fact that everything that is used is a natural product. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the wonderful results of our clean carpets, and the service person was very informative, pleasant, and well qualified. Would definitely recommend Zerorez!
Unable to remove spots dirt markings from tile
The quality of the product and professionalism of the employee.
The grout is still dark dirty and there is a new even darker patch of dirty dark grout that wasn't there before. Everyone that was in my home was professional and proficient. I was hoping to return the grout to it's original clean. That did not happen.
Ted and I moved all furniture and presented a clean slate for Zerorez.

It was easy to set up an appointment. They called to clarify time of appointment. The technician, Andrew, was very professional and helpful. He did a GREAT job. He explained the process and how it worked and my floors look fabulous. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
