Outstanding! My carpet and tile were in pretty bad shape. Many stains that I thought could never come out. They both looked brand new after the cleaning. The technician was very professional and clearly cared that he did a good job. The carpet dried very quickly, even on a rainy evening. There was no residue and none of that crinkling sound when I walked on it after it dried. I couldn't be more pleased. I've already recommended your company to family and friends.

your tech mike did a fantastic job. the carpet looks new again. mike even went over a high traffic area again when my wife asked him to, to make sure it was as clean as possible and he did so without hesitation. we will be calling again to have our area rugs cleaned when me move into our next home.
The final "product" (the cleanness of the carpet) appears superior to any competitor I've used. Also the technicians were top-notch. Very courteous and professional.

community and recommend that you provide furniture moving as a normal part of your
cleaning service. Most of the residents here would not be able to move sofas, chairs,

I was not disappointed in the workmanship , the tech who came to my house did an outstanding job and was very professional. I was not happy with the prices I was quoted and the final payment that I paid.

The technician Mitch showed up right on time, was courteous and got the job done faster than I expected. The carpets were left looking brand new. I will definitely be using Zerorez for any future floor cleaning needs.
I love the fact that no chemicals are used. The two gentleman that came to clean the carpets were very pleasant. They went right to work and was out in no time. I will recommend Zerorez to others. I'm thinking about getting the air ducts cleaned also.

Even though my appointment time was not taken correctly, the guys who came to clean my carpets did a great job and I would highly recommend them again. My appointment was to be between 12-2 and they had it between 4-6 (or something like that). When I called a little after 2 pm, you realized your mistake and offered my a discount. That was nice, but the guys who did the carpets were exceptional. Thank you.
