The second tech did a marvelous job on my carpet! My carpet did not take as long to dry as the 1st time, & the carpet felt soft. The tech who did the initial cleaning did not put much effort into it, & seemed more interested in visiting. I watched him for a few minutes, & had to ask him to go back over some areas, which still didn't get clean.
You made good on the cleaning by sending someone who obviously cares about doing a great job, because my carpet looked & smelled like new after the 2nd cleaning.

They give you the exact price for each service and are very thorough. My 8 year old carpets looked like new when he left.
