The technician that came out (Ken Brooks) was professional, nice and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and had a good answer for every question that we had.

The carpet and tile look amazing and did not have the crunchy left-in soap feeling that have always been left by other companies. We were actually considering replacing the carpet in one of the rooms, but now it looks so nice that we feel we can get a few more years out of it.

I like the fact that it has no chemicals in it. Also my carpets didnt seem as wet as with other providers. I have used you once in the past and while the outcome of my carpet was top notch the rep. from your company that came out to do the work was very odd. Made me feel very uncomfortable about using you. He even tried to sell me on some ponzy sceem he was doing on the side. It really turned me off from your company. I decided to give you anther chance. The rep who came out this time was very professional and courteous. I would use again next time.
